From December 1, 2022, Wisteria Group will change the guest room cleaning as follows in order to reduce the impact on the environment as part of the SDGs efforts.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
■ Cleaning during your stay is basically done once every two days.
■ If you have any requests, such as if you need or don't need cleaning every day, please let the front desk know.
■ We accept cleaning requests until 12:00 on the same day.
■ During your stay, we will start cleaning between 10:00 and 14:00.
■ If you only want to exchange towels, please let the front desk know in advance and we will hang them on the doorknob.
*If you stay for 5 nights or more, we may ask you to clean the room for hygiene reasons.
